Computer and Information Ethics
While searching for information on Computer and Information ethics for my master thesis, I came across the theories of Luciano Floridi about Augmented Ethics and Augmented Responsibilty.
The 10th commandment of the Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics is also very relevant to my thesis subject on the consequences of augmented realities: “Thou Shalt Always Use A Computer In Ways That Insure Consideration And Respect For Your Fellow Humans.” Some of the other commandments are also relevant. The complete Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics were first presented by Dr. Ramon C. Barquin.
Both auteurs are interesting reads on the subject of Computer and Information Ethics. Check my del.icio.us for links to Luciano Floridi’s theories and his powerpoints, and more on Ethics.
All my MA research logs can not be distributed, copied or duplicated, nor can work be derived from it.
